Refund Policy

Effective October 10, 2026

Full refund

You get a full refund if you cancel before we start work on your profile, or if we can't complete the work.

After delivery

If anything we delivered is inaccurate, we correct it free of charge within 14 days of delivery. Because the work is done for your specific profile, payments are not refunded after delivery.

How to ask

Reply to our email or write to contact@mybusinessprofilefix.com. Refunds are made to the card you paid with. If something is wrong with a payment, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank, so we can resolve it directly.
