Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms apply when a business orders the GBP Fix service. "We" and "us" mean GBP Fix, and "you" means the business that places the order. Our business details are at the end of this page.

The service is offered to businesses only, not to consumers. By paying for the service, you accept these terms and the Refund Policy.

2. The service

We complete and update your existing Google Business Profile: the business description, categories, services, attributes, two posts, hours, service area, a quote or booking link, social media links, the opening date, and a before-and-after report.

We base the work on your website, your social media pages, other public sources and your answers to our questions. The service does not include creating a new profile, photos or logos, replies to reviews, ongoing management, or changes to your business name, address or phone number.

3. Price and payment

The price is $349 (US dollars), paid once in advance through Stripe. There is no subscription. After payment, you receive a receipt from Stripe and an invoice from us by email.

4. How the work is delivered

You choose one of two options. With manager access, you add us as a manager of your profile and we make the changes. You remain the owner, you never share your password, and you can remove our access at any time. With the texts option, we send you the finished texts with instructions, and you add them to your profile yourself.

If we need information that we can't find in public sources, we ask you for it by email. We start the work once we have the access or information we need.

5. Google's role

Google decides what appears on your profile and how it ranks in search. Google reviews edits and may delay, change or reject them. We don't control these decisions and don't guarantee any position in search results, number of views or number of calls.

6. Your responsibilities

You confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorized to manage the profile. If you choose the texts option, you decide what to publish and are responsible for it.

7. Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

8. Ownership of the texts

Once you have paid, the texts we write for you belong to you, and you may use them anywhere.

9. Liability

Our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, or for decisions made by Google, including rejected edits, suspensions or changes in rankings. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Polish law. We will first try to resolve any disagreement by email. If that is not possible, the dispute will be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over our registered address.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on the day you pay applies to your order.
